NME has developed a “user friendly” data base application, projectTRACKER®, that identifies, tracks, documents, and reports pending and achieved project requirements. projectTRACKER® brings the strength of technology directly into the field, while providing an updated dashboard that summarizes all plan requirements and specifications. By front-loading project specific data into projectTRACKER® (e.g. pay items, cost estimates, schedule milestones, etc.), our inspectors spend less time creating individual spreadsheets to track important project issues. This software enables our inspectors to log issues in real-time, associating field deficiencies with a location, type of issue, and associated specification requirement. Additionally, any notifications of deficiencies will be uploaded into projectTRACKER® for automatic distribution to the individual project personnel responsible for corrections to ensure that deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner. Additionally, it tracks, documents, and reports on the activities of each permit, including identification of the permittee, a copy of the permit, daily logs, digital photos, meeting documentations and reports. It also makes all field inspection forms readily accessible, which enables our inspectors to be highly productive by limiting the amount of time spent in the field office.
